Objectives:

This course will be based on the analysis of cases of success and failure in the area of Management of Innovation in Organizations, and its main objective is to sensitize participants to the importance that innovation can have in the scope of Projects.

The purpose of the proposed course is that at the end of the course the participants will have the knowledge of how to analyze cases of success and failure in the field of organizational innovation management, risks of the same.
